Introduction

  • Pearl Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is powered by the one of the best manufacturing infrastructures in the segment and operate with a sustainable approach and a focus on increasing capacity, maximizing efficiency, and incorporating sustainability.
  • The company owns seven manufacturing units in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Noida region and combined together where all the product line is manufactured.
  • These manufacturing units include the most advanced machinery including moulding machines, pipe manufacturing and much more.

B-46, Sector 81, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India-201305

  • This was the first of the unit established in 2004 which spread over 29,200 Square Foot.
  • The plant manufactures Chrome Plated BATH FITTINGS, LADDERS, CLOTH DRYERS, ABS CHROME SHOWERS, HEALTH FAUCETS, OEM.
  • The few USP’s of this plant are In-House Electroplating set up (Copper-Nickel-Chrome) ABS & BRASS along with Induction Melting Furnace (Brass Gravity Casting) and 20+ CNC MACHINES.
  • Being the oldest plant, it continues to grow and thrive with highest level of performance.

  • In 2012 the company set up this plant with an intent to manufacture further products added to the portfolio.
  • This plant manufactures STAINLESS STEEL SHOWERS, CONCEALED CISTERNS, BATHROOM ACCESSORIES, STAINLESS STEEL SINKS, WASTE COUPLINGS, STAINLESS STEEL FLOOR GRATINGS, OEM.
  • It has spread over 28,200 Square Foot area and holds 100+ POWER PRESSES and 25 INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES.

  • The progressive growth and increased demand led to establishment of another manufacturing plant within a year.
  • Spread over 23,000 Square Foot in year 2013, this plant starting producing FLUSHING CISTERNS, SEAT COVERS, OEM.
  • One of the most key aspects of this unit is 100% LEAKAGE TESTING, 100% IN-HOUSE MANUFACURING and ISI STANDARDS.

  • By 2018, company business increased multiple times and situation demanded a much huge set up, so a manufacturing plant was set up over 1,07,000 Square Foot area in 2018.
  • This modern manufacturing plant produces PTMT TAPS, SEAT COVERS, CONCEALED CISTERNS, BALL COCKS, CABINETS, SOAP DISPENSERS, GARDEN HOSE PIPES, CONNECTION HOSE PIPES, CORNER SHELVES, FLOOR GRATINGS.
  • The huge set of machinery including 80 INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES UPTO 450 TONES, ULTRA SOINIC WELDING MACHINE, 4 PVC EXTRUDORS, ISI STDS, 3 Automatic Centralized Raw Material Conveying System are main forte of this plant.

  • Most recently in 2022, the company entered into Pipes and Fittings segment and latest manufacturing facility was set up over huge capacity of 1,37,000 Square Foot area.
  • This plant is dedicated to produce CPVC PIPES & FITTINGS, UPVC PIPES & FITTINGS, AGRI PIPES & FITTINGS, SWR PIPES & FITTINGS.
  • This ultra-advance plant has the PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, MOULD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT,6 EXTRUDOR, SILO STORAGE SYSTEM, 40 INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES.
